Bread Baking Training Boosts Livelihood in Talipapa

On the morning of August 12, 2024, Talipapa Elementary School transformed into a bustling hub of learning and empowerment as 25 members of the Talipapa Association gathered for a Bread Baking (Pandesal) Training. On August 13, 2024, the halls of Imelda Integrated School in Barangay Imelda, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, buzzed with excitement as 54 pupils eagerly participated in a new and promising educational initiative.     On August 9, 2024, the Office of the Community Extension and Outreach Program (CEOP) at MVGFCI made a pivotal move in tackling literacy challenges by organizing a General Parents Orientation for the “Alalay sa Literasiya: Pagbasa Project” at Imelda Integrated School. Seventy-two parents of young pupils grappling with reading difficulties attended, demonstrating their commitment to supporting their children's journey toward improved literacy.   The “Alalay sa Literasiya” program, where MVGFC students mentor primary school pupils in reading both Filipino and English, serves as a cornerstone of MVGFCI's mission.
